Ingredients

  • 2 servings Biomel Vanilla
  • Biscoff biscuits (around 4 - 6, depending on size)
  • 80g oats
  • 10g white chia seeds
  • Strong coffee (cooled)
  • Vanilla yoghurt
  • Cacao powder

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, white chia seeds, and 2 servings of Biomel Vanilla. Stir well to combine. Let sit for at least 10 minutes (or overnight in the fridge) to thicken.
  2. Make a small cup of strong coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  3. Layer the tiramisu (in two jars or glasses).
  4. Start with a layer of Biscoff biscuits at the bottom. Drizzle a little coffee over the biscuits.
  5. Spoon in a layer of the oat mixture.
  6. Add another layer of Biscoff biscuits, followed by a second drizzle of coffee.
  7. Add a layer of vanilla yogurt.
  8. Place another biscuit, then more coffee, followed by a second layer of oat mixture.
  9. Top with a final spoonful of vanilla yogurt.

Gut Health Tips

Having coffee alongside food can be gentler on your gut than having it on an empty stomach. Pairing coffee with fibre-rich oats and live cultures may help reduce acidity and support better digestion while still giving you that satisfying energy boost.
