If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please contact us. We will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues you may have.

Returns
We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try Biomel with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is completed.

Sale Items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange one of our products, send us an email at sayhello@biomel.life. We may ask you to send your item to us.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at sayhello@biomel.life for instructions. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so make sure you have proof of postage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Eligibility

- Trial Period: Please try Biomel for at least 14 consecutive days to experience its gut-loving benefits.
- Exclusions: Not valid on orders using a free product welcome discount.
If you’ve followed these steps and are still unsatisfied, simply reach out with your order details, and we’ll process your refund.
