Ingredients
- 4 servings (60g) Biomel Belgian Chocolate Complete Gut
- 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp Biomel Natural Coconut or a plant based milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Add the Biomel chocolate powder, almond flour, and 1 tbsp of coconut milk. Mix until fully combined.
- Add more coconut milk, a little at a time, until your desired cookie dough consistency is reached.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Top with a pinch of sea salt for added flavour and crunch.
