Ingredients

  • 4 servings (60g) Biomel Belgian Chocolate Complete Gut
  • 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp Biomel Natural Coconut or a plant based milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the Biomel chocolate powder, almond flour, and 1 tbsp of coconut milk. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Add more coconut milk, a little at a time, until your desired cookie dough consistency is reached.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  6. Top with a pinch of sea salt for added flavour and crunch.
  7. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for a firmer texture. Serves one or enough to share between two people.
