- 1 Vanilla Biomel Shot
- 240g canned pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (½ tsp, or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 40g gluten-free granola
- 15g chopped pecans
- Whipped coconut cream (optional for topping)
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, Biomel Vanilla Probiotic Drink, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
