Ingredients

  • 4 servings Biomel Pure Vanilla Complete Gut
  • 40g oats
  • 60g pistachios
  • 40g desiccated Coconut
  • 100g dates (pitted)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 50ml water

Method

  1. Blend together the oats, pistachios, Biomel Pure Vanilla Complete Gut, matcha and a splash of water until the mixture is sticky and well combined
  2. Dice the dates and add them to the mixture
  3. Scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll into 8 balls with your hands
  4. Coat each ball in the desiccated coconut
  5. Refrigerate for half an hour to firm up or enjoy straight away!
