Ingredients
- 5 servings (80g) Biomel Vanilla Complete Gut
- 150g dates, chopped
- 125g peanut butter
- 85g honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 120g cups gluten-free crispy rice cereal
- 100g vegan dark chocolate, melted
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the chopped dates, crispy rice cereal, and Biomel Vanilla Complete Gut. Gently fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined tin or container and press down firmly to create an even layer.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the top and spread it evenly.
