We hope you are keeping safe and well during these unprecedented times. As always, we are here to support you in your journey to improve your gut health.  

We would like to reassure you that we are taking online orders and delivering Biomel as normal.  

At Biomel, we pride ourselves on our stringent Food Hygiene procedures. And every effort has been made to ensure that we can continue to deliver your parcels safely and efficiently during the current coronavirus outbreak.  

DPD, our delivery partners, are taking all appropriate measures to ensure the safety of their staff and our customers. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, DPD will be able to deliver to a neighbour or leave your parcel on the doorstep.  

We are constantly monitoring the situation, following the government’s advice and making the health and safety of every customer and every member of our team our top priority.  Of course, we will keep you updated if we make any changes going forward.  

We deliver Tuesday-Saturday. When completing checkout, you will be given the option to select the delivery option that is right for you. All orders are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated upon arrival.
