Probiotics contain live microorganisms and when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit. Our probiotic cultures are proven to support digestive and immune health and have passed a number of rigorous clinical trials.

What is the benefit of drinking Biomel?
Regular consumption of Biomel helps restore your intestinal flora and replace bad bacteria with good cultures, strengthening your immune and digestive systems. Our cultures also help break down amino acids which help with protein absorption. Biomel is perfect for anyone looking to improve their gut health and for people with tricky digestive issues, like IBS.
How much Biomel should I drink?
We recommend drinking one to two servings of Biomel a day, to maximise the health benefits. You should start to feel the effects of a healthier gut after two weeks.
Any more than one serving a day is perfectly safe and delicious too. Our shots contain one serving of Biomel and our larger bottles contain four.
When should I drink Biomel?
You can drink Biomel at any time during the day.
We cannot offer medical advice but having probiotics on an empty stomach may speed transition into the intestines.
We love having a Natural Biomel in the morning over our cereal and a flavoured shot as a guilt-free afternoon snack or evening pick me up!
Should I buy the larger or smaller bottles?
There's no difference aside from the size of the bottles. Our larger bottles contain 4 servings of Biomel (there’s a portion tracker on the side) and the shots contain one serving - so you can try whichever you like!
Biomel should be consumed within 2 days of opening so it’s best to only purchase our larger bottles if you will be consuming more than one portion of Biomel a day or sharing the bottle with someone else.
