Delicious Shots of Gut Goodness
I’ve been taking the Biomel Shots for a few years now and I really think they are making a difference to my gut biome. A few weeks ago, I had a flu type illness and couldn’t face anything but water. So I missed over 10 days of taking my Biomel Shots and boy, did it show! My poor insides didn’t know what had hit them! So I do believe that these shots are helping me. They taste great - not claggy like kefir and not vinegary like kombucha. I would thoroughly recommend using them.
