This is a great product that does exactly what it says on the packet. I have really suffered with stomache acid and constipation. After 2 weeks i felt so much better, less bloating and more regular. I wish the bars were in alternative flavours as these would be great for taking on holiday.

The nicest tasting powdered shake with all the fabulous gut health benefits. Good gut bacteria and enzymes that helps my digestion, motility and bloating in the tastiest way.

I’m 60 and now post menopausal. I’ve been using the product since just after peri menopause (51) when my symptoms of severe bloating and pain were at their worst. Love the product. I’ve given reviews before about how it changed my life. I could eat normal food once again, I could go out for meals without worrying I’d suffer for days. Advice I would give would be you need to give this product at least 3 months to really get the best benefits from it. I’m too afraid to stop using it. Yes I still get bloated and a little uncomfortable from time to time probably more due to over indulgence but nowhere near as I used to. I would recommend biomel gut health to anyone suffering from an unhealthy gut, bloating, pain, cramps, even feeling sick. Stick with it, eat smaller meals and I honestly believe it will help you.
