    Easy to add to daily routine

    I bought the pure powder so I had the option to mix it with anything. I’ve had it mixed with coconut milk to drink but mainly stir it into my overnight oats. It’s really helped with upping my daily fibre intake and adding in some of the probiotics my body was lacking in and needed such as L-Ruteri, which I couldn’t find in many other probiotics at all. I wish it was a bit cheaper but I’m willing to pay the price for the health benefits. It’s helped my gut a lot.
