    This is my second order so i can safely say im very happy with the product. I dont use it daily but regularly. I add to smoothies but my preferred way is to mix with bio yogurt, fresh fruit and nuts. Very healthy snack.

    I take Biomel compelte gut powder every day, made up with Soya milk. I have found it a real benefit to not only my gut health but also my perimenopause health.

    It tastes delicious and when I'm away from home I have a bimel bar instead.
