Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 89g frozen blueberries
- 90g frozen raspberries
- 15g milled flaxseed
- 10g gluten-free rolled oats (3 tbsp)
- 20g spinach
- 20g kale
- 60g cauliflower (raw or steamed then frozen)
- 44g avocado (about ¾ of one)
- 65ml unsweetened almond milk
- 5g fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
