Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla Biomel Shot
  • 240g canned pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (½ tsp, or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 40g gluten-free granola
  • 15g chopped pecans
  • Whipped coconut cream (optional for topping)

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, Biomel Vanilla Probiotic Drink, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
  2. In serving glasses, spoon a layer of the pumpkin mixture to cover the base.
  3. Add a layer of coconut whipped cream, followed by a layer of granola.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glass is nearly full, finishing with a swirl of whipped coconut cream on top.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans and drizzle with a little extra maple syrup before serving.
