Lightly spiced with cinnamon and sweetened naturally, it’s a nourishing breakfast packed with fibre, healthy fats, and live cultures. Served with creamy yoghurt, Vanilla Biomel Complete Gut, peanut butter, and fresh fig slices, it’s both gut-friendly and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 40g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Biomel Complete Gut
  • 1 tsp blackberry chia jam
  • Drizzle of peanut butter
  • 1 fresh fig

Method

  1. Mash banana in a pan, then whisk in egg, oats, flaxseed, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick and softly scrambled (3–5 minutes)
  3. Mix the Vanilla Complete gut with Yogurt in a bowl
  4. Slice the figs into bite sized pieces
  5. Serve warm topped with yoghurt mix, chia jam, peanut butter, and slicedfigs
