Ingredients

  • 1 serving Biomel Pure Vanilla
  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 60g vegan yoghurt
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Method

  1. Combine the grated carrots, rolled oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts
  2. Pour in the Vanilla Biomel and mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats to soak and flavours to meld.
  4. When ready to serve, top with your favourite creamy coconut yoghurt and a dusting of cinnamon.
