Ingredients
- 1-2 servings of Biomel Pure Vanilla
- 60g gluten-free oats
- 20g chia seeds
- 1 heaped teaspoon peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup puffed quinoa
- Strawberries & banana for topping
Method
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, and puffed quinoa.
- Add your desired amount of Pure Vanilla, depending on the consistency you would like and until the mixture is fully covered and has a creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4–6 hours).
- In the morning, give it a good stir and top with sliced strawberries and banana before serving.
