Light on the stomach and really helps with gut issues. I was windy when I first started but that settled within a month or so. I struggle with regular bowel movements and these really helped! I mix it with protein powder or Greek yoghurt and it’s great. I have tried so many gut products and nothing beats biomel! It also tastes great and isn’t grainy at all.
