Love these
I have these periodically through the year, they are a lovely drink on their own; I have also used them on cereal. I tend to find that I’m more regular while I’m on them and hopefully boosting my gut bacteria. It’s really helpful that they’re dairy free.

Very good
I’ve had problems with my bowels and gut since having Covid 6 yrs ago. Been taking Biomel for a number of years now and certainly feel the benefit. I stopped over the summer last year and realised I need my strawberry shot, once back on them I felt much better again. Thank goodness for Biomel. M

Lovely for great gut health!
