What is the difference between the shots and the large bottles?

Same drink, two sizes. A shot is 125ml, one serving, in boxes of 14. A large bottle is 510ml, four servings, in packs of 9 (36 servings). Once opened, finish a large bottle within four days.

How do I store them, and how long do they last?

Keep them in the fridge at 2–4°C. They arrive chilled and need to go in the fridge as soon as they are delivered. Every order is dispatched with at least 18 days of shelf life. Please do not freeze them, as freezing can make the live cultures less effective. If you have ordered more than you consume within 18 days, please get in touch with our Customer Success team, who will do their best to help.

What is in them?

A coconut milk base with billions of live cultures from 3 strains (Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bacillus coagulans and Lactobacillus plantarum), chicory root fibre, vitamins B6 and D, and calcium. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Which flavours are there?

Belgian Chocolate, Pure Vanilla and Natural Coconut, or a mixed pack of all three. Natural Coconut is made without cane sugar: its gentle sweetness comes from a natural grape extract, and it has 2.3g of sugars per 100ml.

Are they vegan, and what about allergens?

All three flavours are vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free, and they are made with coconut milk. They may contain traces of soya. Please check the ingredients, with allergens in bold, on the label.

Do the chocolate shots contain caffeine?

We do not add caffeine, but cacao naturally contains a little. A 125ml Belgian Chocolate shot has around 5mg. For comparison, a typical cup of tea has 30–50mg. Pure Vanilla and Natural Coconut contain no cacao.

There are little white bits in my drink. Is that normal?

Yes. They are fragments of coconut from the coconut milk, and some separation is natural. If it tastes as it normally does, and was chilled on arrival, it is fine to drink.
