Love them !
I have been enjoying these bars this year and they are wonderful. They fill you and take away the sugar cravings and the addiction I have for chocolate. I would highly recommend them. I have had major Surgery and these have really helped me get through as I know they are giving me what I need when I have no appetite.

A 45g Belgian Chocolate bar contains 13g of fibre, from 7 sources including gluten-free oats, chicory root fibre, chia seeds and golden linseed. UK guidance is 30g of fibre a day, and only 1 in 25 UK adults reach it.

Do the bars contain live cultures?

No. The bars are prebiotic: they contain fibres, plus vitamins B6, B12 and D, and calcium. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. For live cultures, try Complete Gut or our Shots & Drinks.
