Ingredients
- 90 g oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 300 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chocolate Biomel
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 20 g melted dark chocolate + ½ tsp coconut oil
- Handful of fresh raspberries
Method
- Place the raspberries in a bowl or glass
- Add the oats, chia seeds, almond milk, peanut butter, chocolate Biomel, and maple syrup to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour over the raspberries
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil until glossy, then drizzle over the oats to create a thin layer.
- Let it set for 1–2 minutes until firm, forming the “magic shell.”
