Ingredients
- 1 serving Biomel Pure Vanilla Complete Gut
- 1 serving Biomel Natural Coconut
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 60g vegan yoghurt
Method
- In a small bowl, mix together 4 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp matcha powder, a drop of maple syrup, and the Biomel Natural Coconut
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight to set.
- Mix the yoghurt with the Biomel Pure Vanilla Complete Gut
- Layer the matcha chia pudding and yoghurt mix in a bowl.
- Add any of your favourite toppings (optional) and enjoy!
