Ingredients

  • 1 serving Biomel Pure Vanilla Complete Gut
  • 1 serving Biomel Natural Coconut
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 60g vegan yoghurt

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix together 4 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp matcha powder, a drop of maple syrup, and the Biomel Natural Coconut
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight to set.
  3. Mix the yoghurt with the Biomel Pure Vanilla Complete Gut
  4. Layer the matcha chia pudding and yoghurt mix in a bowl.
  5. Add any of your favourite toppings (optional) and enjoy!
