Ingredients

  • 3 servings (45g) Biomel Belgian Chocolate Complete Gut
  • 90g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 30g raw pistachios
  • 40g dried cherries
  • 85g + 1 tbsp smooth, drippy peanut butter
  • 60g maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 50g dark chocolate (optional, for dipping/drizzling)

Method

  1. Toast the oats, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a dry pan over low–medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Transfer the toasted mix to a large bowl.
  3. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, dried cherries, and Biomel Chocolate Complete Gut.
  4. Stir until everything is well combined and forms a sticky mixture.
  5. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press the mixture firmly into the base.
  6. Place in the fridge to set for a few hours, or speed things up by chilling in the freezer.
  7. Once firm, slice into squares or bars.
  8. For extra indulgence, dip each square in melted dark chocolate and drizzle more on top.
