Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 40g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Biomel Complete Gut
- 1 tsp blackberry chia jam
- Drizzle of peanut butter
- 1 fresh fig
Method
- Mash banana in a pan, then whisk in egg, oats, flaxseed, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Cook over low heat, stirring until thick and softly scrambled (3–5 minutes)
- Mix the Vanilla Complete gut with Yogurt in a bowl
- Slice the figs into bite sized pieces
- Serve warm topped with yoghurt mix, chia jam, peanut butter, and slicedfigs
