Gut Health Tips
Chia seeds are naturally high in fibre and omega-3 fatty acids, which help support digestion and promote long-lasting fullness. Matcha contains antioxidants that may support focus and overall wellbeing, while strawberries provide vitamin C and natural sweetness. Together, these ingredients create a balanced, nourishing pudding that’s as functional as it is delicious.
