Ingredients

  • 1 serving Biomel Belgian Chocolate
  • 1 serving of Biomel Belgian Chocolate Complete Gut
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of spinach
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 45g gluten free oats
  • 2-3 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until combined.
  2. Serve up by pouring your favourite bowl.
  3. We love topping with fresh blueberries, granola, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
